Type J Thermocouple Extension Wire 24 Gage Stranded PVC Insulated
- Type J thermocouple extension grade wire with PVC Insulation is designed to extend/carry the temperature millivolt signal from Type J thermocouples.
- Available Lengths are 25, 50, 100, 200 and 500, 1000 foot continuous.
- Temperature Range is -14 to 221°F (-10 to 105°C) and the PVC insulation is durable, UV resistant and exhibits good resistance to chemicals and water.
- Wire Construction is 2 individual wires have a .016″ thick PVC insulation in parallel design with .025″ thick PVC insulation overall insulation
- Overall diameter outside diameter of the insulated wireis .104″ x .158″
- Color code is White Positive Iron leg, Red Negative Constantan leg and overall Black jacket
- Bare Wire is 24 gage stranded in a 7/32 configuration (7 strands of 32 gage .008 diameter) providing excellent flexibility and a good level of strength
