- Type J Thermocouple Probe is a 12 inch long 1/8″ diameter stainless steel MI Cable sheath (MgO insulated) with an ungrounded thermocouple junction and a standard male connector attached.
- The Ungrounded Thermocouple Junction provides isolation from electrical interference and protects the thermocouple wires.
- Upper Limit Temperature range is 970 F (520 C) for a 1/8″ diameter Type J Stainless Steel Sheath MI Cable probe
- The MI Cable Design (highly compacted and high temperature mineral insulation MgO inside the metal sheath) provides a Bendable and Rugged Sensor.
