Type K 24 Gage Stranded Twisted Shielded Thermocouple Wire with FEP Insulation
- Twisted Shielded design with Ground wire Minimizes electrical interference to the thermocouple signal
- Temperature Operating range 32 to 400°F (0 to 200°C)
- Stranded 24 Gage bare wire (7/32 design) flexible design
- 7 strands of 32 gage (.008) twisted resulting in a .024″ bare thermocouple wire diameter.
- The 2 thermocouple wire are individual insulated with high performance FEP thermocouple plastic and twisted together
- Bare Grounding wire is nickel plated copper 24 gage solid design
- Aluminum Mylar shielding is wrapped over the 2 internal FEP insulated wires with the bare ground wire is in contact with shield to provide additional grounding options
- FEP insulation on the 2 individual thermocouple wires and the outside jacket a maximum temperature range of 400°F (200°C) rating with an approx. 0.115″ overall dimension
- Color Code – ANSI with a positive yellow wire, red negative wire and brown overall jacket
- Available Lengths are 25, 50, 100, 200 and 500, 1,000 foot continuous.
