- Upper Temperature Limit recommended by ASTM and IEC for a 1/4″ Diameter type K sheathed thermocouple probe is approximately 2,100°F (1100°C).
- MI Cable Design provides the ability to Form or Bend the probe to a radius equal to 2.5 times the sheath diameter without causing any damage to the temperature sensing capabilities or integrity of the metal sheath.
- Grounded thermocouple junction to the stainless steel sheath provides protection and fast response
